Dirty water and fluid wastes treatment system

-  Funcion: Treating all sorts of water and solution from the release sources and the dirty water arising from the activities of the plant. The dirty water after treated will meet the Vietnamese Technical Regulations Column B. The mud after the water treatment process will be lead to the incineration for termination

-  Capacity: 6m³/h – The maximum capacity is 144 m³/day and night.

-  Treatable wastes: Released Baseand the basic wastes, released acid and acidic waste, oil-stained dirty water,dirty water from glazing and gilding, other sorts of dirty water from release sources.

-  Treatment process:     

+   The dirty water collected from the plant is transported by the special-purpose vehicles to the tanks. The tank is provided with gas at the bottom in order to convert all pollutants in dirty water and oxygenate a part of pollutants which is easily oxygenated.    

+   The dirty water from the tank is pumped up for the chemical-physical treatment. The clear water will be continuously treated according to the process with two more stages before transferred to the biological treatment stage. The mud released from the chemical-physical mud tank is taken to the mud compressor. Dry mud from the mud compressor is brought to the hazardous waste incineration of the plant. The bottom ash is stably solidified.

 +   The dirty water after the biological treatment is filtered by pressure to remove the suspended sediments, after that these sediments are pasteurized. The water may be released into the receiving source after treated according to the environmental standards.
