Waste incinerator system

-   Function:The waste treatment is made by terminating hazardous wastes such as solid, liquid, mud in a incineration 2 level. The furnace system is equipped with the synchronous released gas treatment system. The released gas after incinerated in the incineration will be lead to the environment which meets the Vietnamese Technical Regulations. Bottom ash after incinerated will be put into the solidification and stabilization system. 

-  Capacity: 1,000 kg/h/incineration. Quantity: 02 incinerations. The maximum capacity is 48 tons per day. 

-  Treatable waste: Sorts of mud, residues, solvents; packing, rags, clothes containing the hazardous parts; absorptive substances; all sorts of  printing ink, painting residue; health waste; chemical waste; agricultural chemicals; other hazardous wastes. 

 -  Treatment process:

+  The wastes needing to be terminated from the release sources are transported to the plant. After classified, they are gathered at the incineration zone.

+  The waste is poured into the incineration, lead to the primary burning compartment – undergoing the waste thermolysis at the temperatures of 650-^oC to be turned into the gas form.

+  The thermolyzed gas from the primary burning compartment is lead to the secondary burning compartment thanks to the diesel oil burner. The temperature at the secondary compartment is maintained at 1,050-1,200. The temperature is high and the gas-storing time is long enough (more than 2s), which helps ensure to terminate the hazardous wastes in released gas. 

+  The released gas after terminated through the secondary burning compartment gets through the forced energy efficiency to avoid creating the toxicants such as Dioxin and Sunfuran. Next, it is handled into the gas release equipment. The gas release meeting the environmental standards flows out from the 32m chimney.

+   The bottom ash after terminated is lead to the solidification and stabilization system. The product after being solidified such as blocked brick is stored in warehouse to be used as a construction material.
