Process of handling battery:
+ The battery is soaked in detergent and washed cleanly before destructed, after destroyed, will be classified into categories. Clean metal and plastic will be utilized as wasted materials.
+ The soaking water will be lead back to the water treatment system.
Process of recycling disposed lead:
+ The disposed lead in battery, electronic circuits, and industrial disposed products using lead are classified, split the plastic part; and power cable and other non-lead materials are sold to the recycling units. Next, the non-lead things and lead mix will be taken to the cutter to be ground before put into the incineration. The raw materials after ground will be mixed at the definite ration with the coke coal and the lead will be recycled in the cooking kiln for special-purpose lead and melted at the temperature of 300 oC-350oC.
+ The cooking kiln has two doors: one for taking in raw materials and one for pouring products. The fluid lead is poured in the gutter and lead into the mould to be barred and imported for the upcoming use with the necessary purposes.
+ The released gas during the lead re-birth is lead to the gas treatment system before released into environment.
