System of electronic component dismantlement and pre-treatment

-   Function:The system’s functions are to handle, recover some precious metals in the disposed electronic wastes. The metal recovered in the form of metal powder or salt.

-   Capacity: 500 kg/h.

-  Treatable wastes: Electronic components (civil, home-appliance, industrial) all sorts of electronic components, circuits, Burr of circuit, etc.

-  Treatment process:

+   The electronic components and devices such as television, fridge, computer, etc. (about 1-3% of quantity of circuit) are manually dismantled by workers (with pincers, hammers, crews, soldering iron, etc.) and split the parts: circuit, plastic, metal (iron, copper, aluminum, etc.), glass and a small amount of other pars which are not used up.+   Plastic, metal, glass after classified, cleaned will be used as wasted materials.

+   Unused parts such as solid waste or hazardous parts are burned in the furnace

+   In the circuit, IC, capacitor, resistance are dismantled. After dismantling, the components are split from metals at the metal recovery system. .

+   Unused parts will be burned and solidified.
