Metal splitting and recovering system

-  Function: Treating disposed mud, and wastes which have mental; recovering and providing metal salt and original-state metals upon the demand of units.

-  Capacity: 750 kg/h.

-  Treatable wastes: Mud, wastes have metal.

-  Treatment process:

+  Mud and liquid which have metals are collected from the release sources and then classified into the peculiar metal categories. After that, they are pumped up to the specimen destruction tower to adjust their pH accordingly in tank. At the specimen destruction tower, metals will be dissolved in rational pH environment

+  The indissoluble part will be pumped to the mud tank. The mud compressor will suck and compress mud. The mud after compressed will be taken to the furnace, and the solution after compressed will be pumped up the branch tower. The metals in solution will be classified and handled to create the products.

+  The products of this system: the metal from wasted materials will be used up and metal salt can be provided to the units specializing in gilding and glazing or providing the fertilizers for the plants and help treat water.
